Cottage is a custom designed timber frame structure that is approximately 4800 sq. ft. on three levels
High end finishes used throughout the cottage including: Brazilian teak flooring, 2” thick pine plank floors, t&g pine ceilings in some rooms, marble tile, slate flooring, porcelain tile, granite vanity tops, luxury bathroom fixtures, soapstone countertops, professional grade kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture, high-end home theatre and stereo system

Master en-suite is a 5 piece including a 6’ Jacuzzi tub and large shower with rain head.

Cottage is fully climate controlled with central heating and air conditioning for four season use.
There is a 20kW generator capable of running all of the electrical demands of the cottage during power outages. The generator is designed to automatically engage during a power outage and then disengage when the power returns.
There is always wood that is split and available for your campfires or for use in the wood burning fireplace.
The satellite tv accesses over 200 channels, many of them HD, and there is also a collection of over 250 DVD titles for your enjoyment.
High Speed Internet is provided throughout the property
Cellular reception is excellent.
All bed linens, pillows, duvets, and blankets are supplied.

Opening the front door of the cottage you find yourself standing in the foyer staring at an incredible view of the lake through 23’ floor to ceiling Great Room windows. The view from the foyer is breath taking and draws you further into the interior of the cottage. As you move from the foyer into the Great Room and beyond you’ll find on the Main Floor Level.
As you turn onto the cottage lane, all thoughts of the outside world begin to fade away and you’re enveloped in the forest that suddenly surrounds you. Anticipation builds as you traverse the road and the lake appears through the trees. You make the final turn on the cottage lane and there it is…nestled among the trees…Lulu’s Repose. As you survey the exterior of the cottage you’ll find:
The land on which Lulu’s Repose sits was purchased by the owners, Steven and Laura (Lulu) Johnstone, in 2002. Over the next year the lot was cleared for the building site with construction beginning in 2004. Construction continued over the next 2 years with the cottage being ready for occupancy in the summer of 2006.
